What are the Design Education Programs to which you're donating?

THE AIGA EDUCATION FUND is the first recipient of our donations. The fund supports AIGA's education and scholarship programs which help students, usually from inner cities, who demonstrate talent and are willing to serve a social purpose as well as a personal goal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

WE ACCEPT Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal payments, all processed through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

NOT AT ALL. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards at PayPal. Simply look for the credit card icons on the left of the PayPal page you reach first. It will ask for your PayPal login, but you are not required to in order to make a purchase. Of course if you have a PayPal account you may use it as well.

I'd rather not purchase via credit card. Do you accept other forms of payment?

YES, WE ACCEPT checks and money orders. Please contact us for details on where to send your payment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

T-SHIRT ORDERS are generally fulfilled within 48 hours if the item is in stock, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority International Mail. Mug orders are shipped via Parcel Post and can take two to nine days to arrive. We can only ship the mugs in the United States. International orders please contact us to calculate alternative shipping methods.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified as to its shipping date.

Domestic orders take 1-3 days to arrive depending upon your location. International orders vary greatly, but generally arrive within 6-14 days. International orders of more than 2 shirts are shipped via First Class International mail and may take longer. Please note that we cannot track international orders beyond US borders.

Are international orders subject to customs duties?

CUSTOMS rEGULATIONS vary greatly from country to country. Often there is a minimum purchase amount required before duties are imposed. Very few customers have reported being charged a customs surcharge thus far. Any and all customs duties nevertheless are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Do you have a size chart?

WE ARE CURRENTLY sourcing our shirts from a variety of suppliers. Please contact us if you'd like to see a size chart for a particular shirt.

What kind of shirts do you print on?

THE MAJORITY of our men's designs are printed on American Apparel shirts, which are manufactured in the U.S. in a sweatshop free environment. For XL and above we have recently been using a fuller fitting shirt. For women's tanks we are primarily using American Apparel but have some designs on fuller fitting tanks from other suppliers.

What is your return policy?

WE DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. If you need to return an unopened shirt for another reason, please contact us for instructions.

Can I find your stuff in stores?

YES! You can now find a selection of TypographyShop gear in New York at the celebrated Rizolli Bookstore, 31 West 57th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. In Philadelphia we have shirts at TrickGo located at 1135 Pine St. in the center of Antique Row. If you're a retailer interested in carrying our line, please contact us.

I've got a great idea for a shirt. Do you accept submissions?

MANY CUSTOMERS and fans have written asking if we were interested in tee ideas submitted by other designers or if we are going to be running any contests to select new tees. The answer is yes to both questions. We want to offer a wide selection of themes and styles designed by a variety of designers other than ourselves. We're going to be running our first Design Contest soon. We are also in the process of drafting a policy for submissions as well, but are not accepting any at this time.
